Vendors have the same issues that property managers do - getting a hold of the resident is incredibly difficult and time-consuming. You'll be relieved to know that we don't require an app download. Requiring someone to download an app that residents will use 2 to 3 times a year becomes a barrier to using the system. Our system is entirely web-based and incredibly mobile friendly. Property managers, vendors, and residents can use it on whatever device they wish. As a matter of fact, over 90% of repair requests are submitted from a mobile device!
The pricing listed above is based on an annual agreement. The subscription is paid on a monthly basis. If interested, you can pay upfront for for the annual subscription and receive a 15% reduction in total software costs.
