  • Will my vendors use it?

    Vendors have the same issues that property managers do - getting a hold of the resident is incredibly difficult and time-consuming. They don't have time to play 'phone tag' with the resident all day; they have a business to run. We solve many of their issues including scheduling and communication.   • Does it integrate with my accounting system?

    We are huge believers in integration which is why we connect our services to as many accounting systems that will open up to us! Some systems don't have open integrations so we've built phenomenal tools to ensure a seamless operation.

  • Do my residents or vendors have to download an app?

    You'll be relieved to know that we don't require an app download. Requiring someone to download an app that residents will use 2 to 3 times a year becomes a barrier to using the system. Our system is entirely web-based and incredibly mobile friendly. Property managers, vendors, and residents can use it on whatever device they wish. As a matter of fact, over 90% of repair requests are submitted from a mobile device!

  • How long is the contract?

    The pricing listed above is based on an annual agreement. The subscription is paid on a monthly basis. If interested, you can pay upfront for for the annual subscription and receive a 15% reduction in total software costs.
